  Ich bin mit einem kaputten Freilauf zu Radschlag und erkundigte mich, ob eine zeitnahe Reparatur möglich sei. Dies wurde am Montagmorgen so versichert; am Abend konnte ich mein fahrbereites Fahrrad abholen. Sämtliche Reparaturen wurden wie besprochen erledigt; der Preis ist transparent und nachvollziehbar.

  I love this place! Every time I am here, means something is wrong with my bike which is clearly an excruciating experience. But each time (and the last time I needed my dynamo and my breaks to be fixed) they took care of my bike right away (I was lucky to come at times they were less busy), fixed it professionally and swiftly, and the last time I was there, given they noticed my chain was dry, they oiled it for me too. I absolutely respect people who take their job and customers seriously and respectfully, and "go an extra mile". To those who haven't been here yet, it's close to a tram stop so makes it convenient to reach it even with a broken bike!

  Freundlicher Service, Preis - Leistung passt, Transparenz bzgl. Werkleistung und der Ersatzteile, schnelle kompetente Erledigung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

  Ein neues Team im Laden, dass Kundenfreundlich und kompetent ist. Reparaturen am Fahrrad werden nach einer Ansicht und einem Kostenvorschlag schnell und anstandslos erledigt.

  Habe diese Woche einen Helm, Reflektoren und weiteres Zubehör gekauft. Als Neukundin war ich begeistert: Tolle, ausführliche Beratung ohne Zeitdruck, Personal geht auf Wünsche ein und drängt keine unnötigen Produkte auf. Außerdem sehr freundlich. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und verlasse dafür gern meinen Stadtteil!
