::For fear of the ad threatened in writing, here is my changed rating: Unfriendly Mr D., throws heavily pregnant customer out of the store and also argues about whether she has to wear a mask or not. The cargo bike I bought there had been waiting for repairs for over 3 months without anything being done to it. After four inquiries, even the keys were missing and the brake still doesn't work. Never buy there again.

::On Tuesday I went to the store and looked at a used Diamant bike and asked a seller about the price as I would like to buy it. The seller couldn't give me a price, he had to ask the boss first and I should come back on Thursday. Today is Thursday, I borrowed a car that I could use to transport my bike and I came to the store for the opening in the morning. I was served on request and the seller informed me that the bike was already reserved for a colleague. Now I wonder if this is really service? Why am I being offered a bike that has already been reserved? Why is it nowhere stated that it is reserved? Why am I being ordered again? The whole thing is more than annoying and I know that I will not come back. I have now bought a bike in another shop and their "customer service" was already known in this shop. That says it all!

::Our daughter inherited a children's bike and there were a few things to do. So off to RadMitte and despite the summer load, it was kindly spontaneously taken straight to the workshop. About 1.5 hours later the bike was ready and I was able to take it with me again. Thank you very much and gladly again :-).

::Very modest service On the phone I am told that after a while a new hose will be installed. Then only the hose is sold to me on site without installation. There was also a rude greeting "I have to wait" 0 service almost 15 minutes until the hose was sold to me, despite prior approval by telephone for installation. You can save both the money and the time for this shop
