  I went here to have a full service on my bicycle and also full cleaning. When I came back to pick up the bicycle, I saw that the bicycle was very badly cleaned. In a friendly tone I told them that when I pay for a full cleaning I expect the bicycle to be returned in perfect condition. In this case the bicycle was still greasy and dirty, technical parts as frame. They did not take the criticism good and I was a bit shocked after they told be not to come back there again because of my criticism. They did offer me not to pay for the cleaning which was right, but I still left the place with a bad impression of the service and my bike still had issues with the breaks. ( even though they also charged extra to cover this ).

  Einer der besten Läden in München wenn es um Fahrradreparatur geht. Super-schnell, faire Preise, man wird nicht übers Ohr gehauen, und die Öffnungszeiten sind auch gut. Man kann sogar außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten sein Rad abgeben. Top!

  Hab ein Mountainbike gebraucht zum leihen. Alles super geklappt. Preis war echt fair. Personal sehr freundlich.

  Sehr positive Erfahrung! Super Beratung!!! Auch hinsichtlich Eigenreparatur eines alten Rades wurde ich fair beraten und nicht gleich mit Ersatzteilen überhäuft! Die Beratung war insgesamt sehr ausführlich und umfangreich! Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass man mir unbedingt etwas neues oder teures Verkaufen wollte! Ich werde gerne wieder hin gehen!!!
