  Leider war das Hotel auf Grund von Bauarbeiten kaum zugänglich. Auch war die Garage voll und der zugesagte Parkplatz nicht verfügbar. Für einen Touristen ist es dann nicht einfach, in Hamburg einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die beste Erfahrung sind allerdings die vollkommen überheblich agierenden Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, welche keinerlei Unterstützung anbieten.

  Very very good hotel and good staff. I use to come here. In the past there was also a swimming pool, after renewal the fitness and saunas areas are bigger and fantastic. Wide and comfortable rooms with great bathroom (with bathtube and shower). Tea and coffee facilities in each room. Sometime they offer breakfast included, but you have to be patient and check on the web in different periods (when you get it, you save yr money!)

  This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The staff are very courteous. Public transportation is just steps away. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, but I didn't find it a problem. Someone driving might, but since I was using public transportation it didn't really affect me. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

  Dobry hotel na organizację kongresów. Byłem tam dwa razy i zawsze wszystko było dopięte na ostatni guzik. Wyśmienita restauracja, obsługa bez zarzutu. Jedyne do co można zarzucić to wielkość pokoi - mogłyby być większe. Atutem jest jednak położenie w dobrym punkcie, niedaleko jest stacja kolejki i zieleń by pospacerować w przerwach obrad. Ogólnie warty polecenia.
