::Ich bin seit kurzem stolzer Besitzer eines Argon 18 E-118. Leider hat sich heute die Sattelklemme verabschiedet und da Stadler nicht helfen konnte, begab ich mich zum Rad-Kreuz. Am Telefon wurde ich extrem freundlich beraten und man bat mir sogar an doch gleich heute noch vorbeizukommen, da man noch eine in einem aufgebauten Rad habe und man ja einfach eine nachbestellen kann. Wahnsinn! Soviel Service habe ich in Berlin noch nie erlebt! Also Leute von meiner Seite gibt es 100 Punkte und ihr solltet das einfach auch mal erleben. Es gibt tollen und freundlichen Service in Berlin!

::5 Star experience all the way. I called these guys on Wednesday about moving groupset and bottom bracket from my crashed carbon frame to my new time trial frameset, along with mounting a somewhat exotic bottom bracket back brake. They gave me a slot the next day, and on pick up, the bike was tuned, set up at the correct height, and even had al the small details like garmin mount, speed & cadence meter, nice bartape on the aerobars set up... Not to mention that of course the gears were set up perfectly of course, and the wheel trued. They let me test ride the monster even though it was already after hours on a Friday, and gave me some good advice on transport ( they even offer bike cases for rent...). What can I say. Best pro racing bike shop in berlin, hands down.

::BLEIB WEG - STAY AWAY 3 weeks after 70€ supposed overhaul the crank of the bike is lose on right side. Amateurs. Lucky nothing is broken or damaged. So far. Brought my brand new 1300€ bike to the store for them to inspect if it had been built properly, oiled, etc. Owner snuffed me 'thats not a real racing bike' he said... uhm ok but can you help me? Costs 70€. Fine, Im ok with that. Fair price for an overhaul. Come pick up bike some assistant is at the counter with my bike. He told me they put some oil here and there and its ready to ride. I ask more detailed if they centered the wheels, aligned the rear-derailleur etc. and the assistant was looking at me like 'I have no clue' but then uttered 'yes'. Three weeks like later the right side of my crank starts making a crunchy sound and the entire crank set is lose. Guess what - it wasn't tightened properly. Why? Because this bikestore took my 70€ and never gave the bike an overhaul thats why.
