  We stayed one night in a family room. Service from the reception was really good and helpfull also with some restaurant recomandation. The room (and also bathroom) was more than enough for a family of 4 and clean. My kids really enjoyed the lounge to play in the afternoon. The breakfast was really great with everything you could wish for. Parking at the hotel.

  I have no idea. Never been in there. Shady people seem to make deals behind there. Also has a great parking lot.

  Very nice hotel! Free parking, superb breakfast, clean rooms, excellent restaurant downstairs. A bit outdated but with it's own charm. Enjoyed staying there for 2 nights.

  I can't recommend this hotel enough. If I could give 7 stars I would!! Rooms are spacious & clean. Breakfast was great, plenty of options and tasteful selections. All at very affordable rates. I was unfortunate to be stranded in Augsburg with a broken car and I did not speak the language at all. Claudia, the hotel manager is a very kind woman who went above and beyond to help me. The management and the staff were all very nice, very eager to help and always with doing it with a smile. If I will ever be in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

  We spent a night at QU Hotel which is most appropriately located in Augsburg. Staff were very friendly, professional and very generous with their time. A very easy check in and check out process. The rooms are big enough (Augsburg standards), clean and well provisioned. Everything you need for a stay over. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend.
