::Do not waste your time with this place. The communication seemed good and clear but then they canceled my prepaid reservation, claimed I canceled it, claimed they didn't get paid, claimed they didn't receive the information I sent them multiple times. Sporadically answered phone and email. Wasted my time and created a huge inconvenience since I arrived in Germany thinking I had a place to stay for 3 months only to find out they gave my prepaid reservation away. I was able to get a refund without any trouble. I don't know what the problem was but we were not able to connect and do business. I read good reviews about this place so someone somewhere has had a good experience. It looks like a nice place. It was distressing to have to figure out our accommodations at the last minute when we arrived. It may have been a blessing in disguise but the credit does not go to this establishment.

::It is easy to arrive at the airport Tegel. It is 700m away from Charlotenburg. Very easy to arrive to U- bahn and from there it takes only 30 min to arrive at Brandenburger Thor.

::Hotel war sehr sauber und angenehm, habe über Tag dort residiert (Nachtarbeit) und konnte gut schlafen. Kein Lärm, Betten angenehm gepolstert. Service war auch freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder
