  Welcoming staff was very polite and helpful. They even got me a toothbrush and paste because I forgot mine!! Hotel rooms and lobby are very pretty and quite modern. Many supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. And don't worry about towels or flipflops, they got you covered:))

  Beautiful and well organised services at the counter. Waiters are also helpful. Don't forget to get your vaccination app scanner or you wouldn't get to spend your time there.

  Check in and check out are always a bit slow, but the staff is friendly and it is in a close proximity to Patch Barracks. The breakfast is VERY GOOD!

  The lobby staff are incredibly unfriendly. Not one of them smiled in the 2 days I was staying there. Not the least bit welcoming. The rooms ( I was on the 11th floor ) have clearly seen better days. Stained furniture and carpets. A broken switch on the bathroom with exposed wires. Filthy exterior windows. Not worth the money paid. And to top it all off, it took 20 minutes to check me out at the end. Granted the guy was new, but no one came to help him out. Stay elsewhere if possible.
