  I've been receiving therapeutic treatment there since May '23 last year...it was about an acute case, what can I say...at first I thought I was in good hands, unfortunately it turned out that the therapists were cold and unempathetic. But the worst thing is that appointments are constantly being canceled due to illness or other incidents. The most important thing seems to be the insurance card for those responsible there, I have an appointment every 6 weeks and am supposed to go to my family doctor for a referral for a maximum of 3 consultations per quarter, which is ridiculous, especially since the therapist is often sick. I'd rather be put on the waiting list for a psychologist because I get more out of it.

  I have only had good experiences here. The doctors are highly proficient and the reception staff are caring and efficient

  First the positive. The doctor who spoke to me was super nice and helped me find a way forward. However, everything outside is more than chaotic. You have to confirm your appointment in advance, okay. However, getting someone on the phone to do this or to be able to cancel an appointment is almost impossible. Unfortunately, my appointment for an initial consultation was missed and apparently wasn't entered, then it wasn't entered or asked that I was private and therefore I had to go straight to a doctor. I lost more nerves for this appointment than I received any help.

  Unfortunately, I was unable to get an appointment for an initial consultation, which is why I cannot give a detailed opinion. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult for a person with telephone/social phobia to describe problems over the phone, especially if the person on the other end sounds quite stressed (which I understand in the current situation). Due to my expressed suspicion of ADHD, I was referred to the outpatient clinic in Erlangen with the strict advice that I would have to wait there for at least a year. The fact that the (presumable) ADHD also limits my everyday life in other ways and results in depression/anxiety disorders was not taken into account and the phone call ended. I would have expected a little more compassion and calm, which is why I was able to bring myself to call in the first place. Unfortunately, it actually made my fears worse.

  Unfortunately you can't give zero stars. This clinic is completely inflexible. If you have severe depression with an anxiety disorder, you will be blamed for not checking in regularly. The patient is blamed for having symptoms of the disease! As a “punishment” prescriptions are simply not issued. Even though the doctor knows that the patient no longer has any medication, he is put off waiting for an appointment in three weeks (!). If you don't have the sensitivity or patience for dealing with mentally ill people, you should just change your job.
