::Communication regarding tiny house financing was a complete disaster. Waiting and stalling for weeks after applying. Answers about the decision were only available after several attempts to call the consultant, Mr. Frössl. Always talked about it. If I hadn't preferred another bank, I would still be waiting for answers today, 4 months after submitting the application.

::It's very difficult to reach by phone and the ladies and gentlemen in the service center are no contact because they basically offer a callback, which if you miss it doesn't help you and everything starts all over again. On Monday at 3:15 p.m. I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Service is different. Thanks for the feedback, but we're glad the business relationship has ended.
