::unfortunately only 2 stars ...... I was informed about the operation on the knee, but I can only recommend everyone to get at least 2 further diagnoses, especially when it comes to microfracking of the bone. This is very controversial in specialist circles and there is at least a 50% risk that instead of a cartilage-like substrate, bones will form at the points. How are the stem cells supposed to know what to form? I think the percentage is closer to 90% bone formation. After 2 years I had to fumble around and have constant pain in my knee (there was a bad cartilage damage) to have another operation, this time in a very well-known specialist clinic in Düsseldorf. Due to the MRI recordings before the 1st OP and then several MRIs afterwards, the surgeon M. Ammermann was not given a good certificate. So keep your eyes open when choosing a doctor.
