::I was in the practice for treatment on Friday. The girls at reception and the girls in the rooms are all very friendly and nice. The doctor has a very calm and nice manner. She explains everything she does. Super-duper. I felt like I was in good hands. Keep it up. Thank you for everything

::Unfortunately, I have to give a second negative rating after visiting the practice today. First of all, I have to mention it again, both the first and second ratings are not professionally related because the practice is very good and well-known in this regard, I am concerned about handling it's about it! Today the stitches from the operation have been pulled and unfortunately Dr. Based on my first review, we were informed that our name would be blocked in the practice because we gave the practice a negative review (indirectly stated our opinion)! Instead of talking about it and fixing the problem, we are told that we can look for another surgical practice in the future! If an adult conversation had taken place and something like that would have been said - for example -we will listen to your opinion and work on it- I would be thrilled and took out my first application but what actually happened was in good German if you have an opinion to express, you have no business with us! Democracy and opinion PURE freedom! I didn't expect it, but if someone wants to express their opinion (in case of dissatisfaction), they should go somewhere else in advance!

::I have 5 teeth and a root tip resection. I had hardly any pain and, thanks to the twilight sleep options, didn't notice anything about the operation itself. I suffer from anxiety and felt very well looked after there. Pleasant atmosphere, super nice and lovely team. Great doctors who take their time and don't downplay the fear but take it seriously. Short waiting times and questions are answered.

::Very good treatment and care, from a very good team. Had 3 wisdom teeth extracted under local anesthesia, and I have to say afterwards that I would have it done exactly the same way again. Simply great work from Ms. Dr. Kärgel

::About two weeks ago I got all four of my wisdom teeth from Dr. Had it removed quickly and was super satisfied. Thanks to twilight sleep, the operation itself was absolutely bearable for me, and I hardly had any pain afterwards. The staff was always very friendly and everything was very well organized. I also found the really short waiting times very pleasant. Ultimately, I can absolutely recommend the practice, I was very satisfied!
