  Very rude staff, very rude to customers, not helpful, Always in a bad mood, just missing the job. Heard released in my opinion

  Typical example of: Job missed. The man behind the counter is obviously unable or unwilling to help his clients. You have to pull everything out of his nose. So he was unable to explain to an obviously insecure customer why she couldn't pick up the shipment for which she had found a letter box notification on the same day. The whole unwilling answer he was capable of was: the driver has not yet delivered the shipment. This is lived unwillingness !! Unfortunately, as a customer, there is hardly any way to go against this than to give bad reviews - which should hardly interest the target person :-(
