::Ich habe einen Tag nach dem Fall der FFP2-Masken diese Filiale mit einer OP-Maske betreten um einen Brief abzugeben. Ich war noch gar nicht ganz im Laden, als mir schon ein lautstarkes unfreundliches "hier nur mit FFP2-Maske entgegen kam, dies wurde noch durch einem mehrmaligen lautstarken "raus hier" mit Fingerzeig zur Tür verstärkt. Somit wurde ich der Filiale verwiesen, mit anderen Worten hinausgeworfen! Kein freundliches darauf Hinweisen das man dort nur mit FFP2-Maske erwünscht ist oder ein Nachfragen ob eventuell eine ärztliches Attest für die OP-Maske besteht. So einen unfreundlichen Umgang mit Kunden habe ich noch nie erlebt. Diese Filiale werde ich nicht mehr betreten. Liebe Postfiliale Ebelsbach, das hätte man anders machen können.

Ich weiß ja nicht, aber ist es keine Postfiliale?????? Soll man einen Brief beim Metzger oder beim Bäcker abgeben???? Ich war schon in vielen anderen Filialen, und alle haben Briefe angenommen, was ja auch eigentlich normal ist, da wir ja in einer Post waren. Aber gut zu wissen, daß man das nächste mal seine Post woanders abgibt. Aber wenn man sich die Bewertungen anschaut, weiß man bescheid.

::I've rarely seen something unfriendly, his wife the same ... snotty and incompetent when it comes to postal matters .... if the two of them don't know something, they make you - again a lot more unfriendly - an x for a u .. .Close your shop if you don't feel like serving customers .... and no !!!! I'm not a fake profile ... I really live and have been in the shop, and it wasn't about any specifications ... I found a great excuse on a negative post for you ... and the answer is further proof that you don't like customers ... with ratings with one star, I would go to great lengths to satisfy exactly these customers, but here they are labeled as "I don't need anything". Sorry, an absolute no go and proof of further incompetence ... (see answer, unfortunately you cannot answer it) ....

::Today I went to the post office in Ebelsbach to send a letter. I followed the distance rules, disinfected my hands and wore a mask that covered my mouth and nose. The gentleman behind the counter referred me to the branch because two cords were not tied correctly at the bottom. I am not an opponent of these measures, I deal with the topic every day at work and have to implement it. So I understand if the topic is annoying. But in life it would never occur to me not to serve a customer or even to throw him out even though he sticks to the rules. I see that as cheek. The mask must cover the nose and mouth. No more and no less. Addendum to the operator's answer: I even turned my head to the side to show how the mask fits under my chin. Pointless. Only then did I get ridiculous. Rightly.
