  Postbank Thüringen Park geht gar nicht. 1 Überweisungsterminal unmittelbar an der Tür , Datenschutz gleich Null. 2 Schalter geöffnet, Kunden werden befragt,ob sie zur Postbank wechseln möchten, und dann folgt eine Endlosberatung, egal ob da 20 Kunden warten oder nicht. Die Damen in ihren Beratungskabinen schaukeln sich die Eierstöcke. Gehe sehr ungern da hin.

  Pros: Nice and enterprising staff Negative: parcels on November 30th delivered and not shipped until today (02.12.). Already clear, there is an increased volume, but zero communication is void at all! Advent calendars are included in the 11 packages. They'll definitely arrive much too late now. :-( A package is a premium business package. Very bad.

  Just annoying, like in GDR times waiting for a stamp. Waiting times of 20 minutes and more are probably normal. Operation does its job, but more at the speed of an official. Of many counters, only one is occupied by noon on Monday. People stand up on the street. In the future we will switch to alternatives with the company, the prices are not so that you have to send it by post.
