::Unbelievable how slow the work ... Do you know that famous sloth in Zootopia? Phew even they work faster. Sometimes the queue goes as far as the information desk at the Montanushof. Unfortunately, packets from Allrath are forwarded to here if they could not be accepted at home. I wish it wasn't like that! The staff when you get your turn are not the friendliest or most helpful. Only: is dark-haired woman is great.

::When trying to deliver a package, the answer was that it was bulky goods. It was a 5kg package within the given dimensions, which I complained about. Then all of a sudden the packaging was not in order, the package was not allowed to be taped all around. Likewise, I have already sent 10 parcels without any complaints.
