::The lady working on the front desk it’s very unhelpful she’s not polite. Post something that I use very often and if the person working there is not helpful to me what can I do? I had some really important documents that I needed to send somewhere I asked her what should I do she replied I don’t know you should know this by yourself

::The worst bank in Germany. They never solve your problems and on top of that they are very unfriendly. Their application is one of the worst there is, it doesn't even let you print. For any paper you need, you have to go to the bank, since their ATMs Automatics are no better either. You come to the bank to ask for a piece of paper and they say that they cannot deliver it to you, but rather they send it to you by mail and it takes more than a week to arrive. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
