::Es wäre prima, wenn die "vorübergehend geänderten Öffnungszeiten" (heute Dienstag nur bis 1300 Uhr!) auch veröffentlicht würden. War eben - wie einige andere Kund*innen auch - vergeblich da. Darüber hinaus gibt es kaum noch Postfinialen mir Finanzservice !

::The rating is generally aimed at Postbank's customer service. Nobody has felt responsible for my concerns for three months. One is put off by the telephone hotline to the written customer service. This then forwards to the local branch. From there you can either go to the hotline or the written customer service. You go around in circles, nobody is responsible. Conclusion: The customer is bothering !! That's why I'm going.
