::Zero stars is not possible. I live in the shopping plaza, so I'm always up to date with something new, a real dirty branch. There are always “technical malfunctions”, a lack of staff or or or. There are always reasons why the branch is closed. It's simply impossible, I would like to go further below the belt in my language, but I would like the review to be taken seriously. It's really unbelievable, just not customer friendly. The only plus point is the lady at the counter, who I always find to be friendly and funny, even if sometimes she doesn't look like it from her facial expressions. This is a kind-hearted thing, it just depends on your own style and how you approach it. You're nice, so is she. If you come with insults and mumble stupidly, you'll realize that you're not getting anywhere with it. But no matter how nice I think the lady is, the branch, its organization etc. sucks - for the ass

::Staff not well informed… Opening times constantly changed! Felt more closed...than opened!! ATM constantly broken, account printer also often broken.. And with 2 banking systems, only 1 account printer is freely accessible!? What's the point in that? Can't even get account statements when it's closed unscheduled again, as is often the case? And nothing changes despite the many bad reviews. For me it's closed unscheduled about every other visit! It's sad that nothing seems to be changing for the better!!!! I wonder who, after all the bad reviews, never cares about making any real improvements there!?????was once referred to Langenhagen... because they were overwhelmed in Garbsen!?!? Sad…

The advisor is sick and another colleague is on vacation. What should I think of a bank like that? I'd best look for another bank.
