  Usually it's a quick drop off package. But today a lady at the counter really ruined my day by almost screaming at me as i didn't understand her German very well. Way to treat internationals! Horrible horrible customer service. Why do they even employ such people in a customer facing job?? I hope she faces some consequences

  Most Postbank's are terrible - but this one has been consistently Okay.

  The place is okay i been here few times they have cards and pencils and envelope basicly everything so u dont even need anything you can just come to the post and write a letter or send a card to a family theres even some gifts cards so you can send presents for a loved one the place is great and all but the workers specify one lady realy just wants everything done fast she kinda looking you angry and idk i just have a bad vibe around her but the last time i was there one old guy helped me he was very nice,polite and chatty wish that the other workers would be like him

  Great experience with lady at post counter. She was very helpful in guiding how to use Deutschepost. The bank service center was also quite friendly! Great branch!!! I will definitely be a returning customer.

  put on my best smile and asked a few questions concerning rubles in the most polite way possible: got unfriendly, not helpful, partly wrong reply. And on top of that, without asking, some criticism about the way I chose to handle my financial business in Russia. (btw: for some reason, possibly not only at Postbank, it's not possible to order rubles.)
