::A big thank you to the employees and the manager of this Postbank branch! A very helpful employee made it possible for me to contact the branch manager with my complicated and unfortunately urgent request, who spontaneously and very kindly and patiently took the time to do it. I wouldn't have dared to hope for such great service! The problems that led to the not so great reviews here seem to have been overcome.

::Unfortunately it's always closed on Saturdays. I work from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the week, so I have to pick up registered mail on the weekend. No information as to whether you can keep the registered mail for another week. Why not leave the registered mail at another branch??? But that takes some mental work.

::If I could, I would give zero stars...I have never experienced such a bad post office. Once it's open, the queues are forever long and the employees act as if you mean no harm because you drop off or pick up mail from them. Today I found myself standing in front of closed doors again. I checked beforehand in the Post app to see whether the branch was open and it was shown as open there. Concentrated incompetence at all levels.
