::Wanted to cancel or close an account. Unfortunately it doesn't work online at Postbank. You couldn't get it by letter on the first attempt (despite registered mail), supposedly different signatures. So made an appointment. The lady who took care of it was visibly annoyed. The highlight was that the lady (Ms. S.....) simply went to her private cell phone in the middle of the conversation and discussed with her husband what we should have for dinner that evening. It's just a good thing that I can now completely do without the Postbank. Starting with the poor availability of machines, the "opening hours" of the self-service area and the extremely poor service.

::Choose another branch for international shipments! 3 packages were returned with a note saying that there was not enough postage. Info for destination expressly stated! If you offer a service you should also know what you are doing! Lost €70... Please train employees so that things like this don't happen with a service you offer!

::My doorbell just rang and the woman said if she could leave it in the house because it was a cell phone but it was a new one and said I would please bring it upstairs. She then said if I could pick it up downstairs. I said no. She shouted over the receiver I should open the door, she comes up, doesn't say a word and looks at me very badly, so let's be honest, this isn't exactly the first time it's happened to me, it's almost always like this! Such an unfriendly pack, it's not my job to get the package from downstairs, she chose this job so she has to expect that she will bring it to the door RUDE!!!!!

::Bad service customer advisor rejects me as a customer. Only with an appointment it means it is an urgent matter.... I tried to cancel my account on site and was refused. You can cancel your account at any time and without notice.
