::Wanted to send a package today. The employee couldn't help me and I had to leave the branch with the parcel and go to another branch where I could send the parcel. Very bad service in this day and age. Incompetent employee and very unfriendly. Never again in this branch. Sad. Unfortunately has to give 1 star. Normal zero stars !!!!

::Ecki's post office has meanwhile changed to another owner and it is now called differently. I am totally dissatisfied. I brought a letter to Italy on December 17th, 2020. It was also a little heavier, so I wanted to have it franked correctly. 1.55 euros was deducted from me. So far so good. Today, on December 28th, 2020 I get the letter back from the post with the note "too little postage". 2.15 euros would have known. So not only the 1.55 away but also the Christmas greetings did not arrive. If you are not "angry" there ... I prefer to go to a "real post office" in the future.

::Never had any problems here. Overall, the men were always very friendly and competent, the women often seem stressed but are nice. The sound makes the music, I've already seen customers behave in an impossible way. Packages were never lost.
