::Terribly long waiting times. Fortunately, even the opening times are now restricted.
Janne Schilling
::Absolutely every time I'm here I have to wait in line for at least half an hour and often you can't even find my package and then I have to come back.
Arthur Ouwehand
::Stamp vending machine did not work. It took my money but did not give me a stamp. After long queuing things got solved. Deutsche Post is fortunate to have such good employees. They have fix. DP mess.
Max Müller
::Super nice staff, very helpful. The employees definitely know what they are doing, and these people often have to listen to all the rubbish that others say and despite that they remain super friendly. They don't let themselves be disturbed, no matter how long the queue is, and these nice people can't help it at all that there's so much going on there. I recommend that everyone just go there with enough time and just read something, or even just with headphones, you can watch an episode of your favorite series at a wedding :D

::This is the only post office serving the downtown population of over 16,000. There are not enough people or resources to handle this burden. Lines form in the shopping center and on Fleischhauerstrasse every day and at any time. Do you want to send a package or pick something up? Then you have to wait 40 minutes. Something has to be done, the residents of the city center need a second post office or twice as many staff as before! It's ridiculous that you have to spend an hour of your day waiting in line just to ship something.
