::Hello, I would like to share bad experience in dealing with Porta on one of my contract amount of ca 1.200 EUR. I ordered one TV cabinet (wall attached) with some showcase as well - In one of the cabinet, contract was signed for 480mm but fitters put in 420mm shelve - this reduction of 60mm is distorting all my plans to put fireplace. I have been sending emails (4 emails to sales person and copy to customer service also)...Porta team not even acknowledged and for sure no response given to us. I am fed up chasing with Porta teams - very bad customer service. My contract no. is 2387048. I do not know where to go and what to do.

::Horrible! We bought a wardrobe from the show room. For the planned pick up appointment, we have rented the car with helpers, we have waited at Warenausgabe for almost an hour, than the wardrobe was handed over in a damaged condition, it was no longer stable and was definitely not like that in the show room. The workers were really unfriendly, partly just simply rude and the shop has refused to compensate the rented car with helpers we have paid for because they arrived and waited for so long to find out that the wardrobe was brocken (something must have happened to it between show room and lager but the workers still wanted us to take it, knowing it is brocken!! )The shop said that the wardrobe is not expensive enough for the shop to cover our losses - the statement itself makes no sense.
