  the lady was extremely rude, difficult and unhelpful , I have a problem and I'm stressed about it(as what a normal person calling the police is) she kept shouting and speaking fast even though I asked her politely to speak slowly. she kept ignoring my question times and times repeating herself, gave me a wrong number. I was polite and trying my best to speak German and to understand her, I almost cried after the call.

  Would be treated unkindly and condescendingly. In the event of an accident in winter, it took a whole 2 hours for officials to arrive, even though it would only have taken 10 minutes to walk to the police station. So far I've only had negative experiences with the police in Magdeburg. It's a shame to want to call yourself friend and helper here.

  The operator on the phone was very friendly, but the patrol colleagues were extremely unfriendly. The police should be a valuable member of society in the first place, but friendliness and helpfulness are also part of this. Too bad.
