::Very rude, this Pin AG just throws mail in the mailbox, although the given name is not on it and this person does not live here either. Then I called PIN AG to clarify the matter but this lady was very rude and said I am now responsible for this letter and no longer PIN AG. I tried to explain to the lady that this man does not live here, but she was not interested at all and I should see how I can no longer handle the PIN AG. But hello what is that service, it felt like I was talking to an underexposed person. So people watch out if you send letters with the PIN AG. Because these people don't care which mailbox the mail is thrown into. It's best not to have a star for such rude information from this person.
