  I can't understand all the negative reviews here ... An employee was on the spot immediately, gave me a friendly greeting, my shipment was found quickly and then wished me a nice day. Everything is fine, thanks.

  The bad rating is justified! Was here in the branch for the first time and what can I say: the bad rating is absolutely justified. The service employee with the shine either hates foreigners or people in general and obviously hates his job too. In principle, there was no friendly greeting, I was spoken to in a sloppy manner, as if I were disturbing him. When asked whether one is always so hostile to customers, the answer followed: I am only a recipient. Ah yes, I see. The service concept is absolutely non-existent here! I will inform Amazon that in the future I will not accept any packages that are delivered by PIN. The site manager or the managing director should urgently change something here! It is an imposition for recipients and customers!
