  Die Pilateszeit ist ein sehr professionelles und erstklassiges Studio für Pilates, Barreworkout, Yoga, DeepWork und Personal Training. Zwischen Kunden und Trainern herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphere, was das Trainieren so viel schöner macht. Großer Pluspunkt ist, dass man in allen Studios auch die passende Kleidung zum Sport kaufen kann. Das Studio hat mich als Tänzerin, Pilatestrainerin und Kundin voll und ganz überzeugt.

  Hier wurde ich von Pilates überzeugt! Ein super effektives Training - nicht nur für Frauen! Die Trainer sind sehr nett, motivierend und betreuen trotz des Trainings in der Gruppe individuell! Die Gruppen sind schön klein, dadurch entsteht eine sehr angenehme private Athmosphäre. Die Studioleiterin, Cindy, gibt der PilatesZeit eine besondere Note mit ihrer tollen, lebensfrohen Art! Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl! Danke an das gesamte Team!

  I met Cindy Vandevyver When my cousin (a pilates instructor and owner of her own studio) came to visit me in Düsseldorf and was looking for a classic pilates instructor. I was curious as to why she insisted into getting private sessions only with Cindy Vandevyver, so I attended the session and within 10 minutes I knew what I had been doing was NOT pilates. I signed up immediately with Cindy, my husband and son (American Football quarterback with the Düsseldorf Panthers) are all doing Pilates with Cindy and at PilatesZeit, so if you are looking for classical pilates the way it was originally intended with Gratz machines and an instructor that will improve your posture, body alignment and athletic performance look no further than PilatesZeit.

  Sehr professionell und kompetent. Ihr offene Art gibt dir gleich ein Gefühl von Ankommen und Wohlfühlen.Wenn Pilates, dann nur hier. Tolles Personaltraining und Kleingruppen Angebote....sie setzt ganz klar auf Qualität, statt Quantität ...
