::The photographer is mentally ill. I asked if he knew the specifications of a US photo visa and he ordered me to take a seat “ I know!”. He took one picture, extremely bad, totally not like it should have been and the next words said with disgust were “25 euro”. I showed him the way it should be and he didn’t even want to check. I wonder how is paying for all the meat he seems to be eating as he is an incompetent rude fat idiot???

::Very bad experience. I went there since it was recommended by the Mexican consulate, since I needed photos for my Mexican police certificate. The photographer didn't know the format required, showed very little patience for taking a second shot after the first one didn't come out well...and refused to show me the final photo before payment. I showed the picture to the consulate staff, who said I would have to retake them. Unprofessional, rude and utterly unhelpful. And a waste of money

::Horrible. Passport picture came in wrong size and I was lucky a lovely lady at the citizen bureau was able to cut it in a way that made it work. Quality is also terrible. Never ever again.

::Totally stupid stuff ! Incompetent, unprofessional and Rude. Please don't waste your time and money, Bewerbungsfoto is not usable. Even a low quality mobile phone can take a better picture. It deserves a negative rating, unfortunately google does not give me the option.

::Horrible experience. Horrible picture, horrible service (the guy in one of uploaded shop photos), absolutely not recommended. I have no idea why they can still run the business there, but hey, I also just "accidentally" found the shop and gave it a shot (and failed), so maybe there are too many people around there who get trapped only because it's located at a convenient place. Please don't go. I can't rate 0, so one star, but it's actually less than 0.
