::My dentist had a histological examination carried out at Pathologie-Nord at the end of 2019. Without sending me the results as a private patient, the laboratory had nothing to do other than remind me of my payment. Two written requests from me were simply ignored, but I immediately received a letter from the debt collection company about a EUR 100.00 claim, which immediately wanted EUR 80.00 for it. Even my letter to the management of the laboratory, which stated that I should first see my results before paying, was only answered in an arrogant and patient-unfriendly manner. But after at least 5 months I finally had my results in hand. But also a reminder - despite my advice that I would be willing to pay, but in two installments please. Regardless of my request, a lawyer was also called in, who then diligently filed a lawsuit for EUR 100.00. The end of the story: I will now be allowed to pay over EUR 300.00 for a lawyer and court just because a laboratory does not think customer-oriented and does not understand the patient in his situation!

::Administration and organization probably poorly structured. Invoice was sent to incorrect billing address. Reminders as well. I can now deal with a debt collection company and pay high fees. There was no answer to my questions as to whether this could be clarified in another way. Very bad service in my opinion.
