  Parking garage itself is ok. However, you should not rely on the fact that you can also pay cashless and / or that you will be helped over the phone. I wanted to pay for my € 1 ticket with an EC card. Error. With Visa. Error. Telephone service dialed approx. 10 times. No Answer. With the card to the car and somehow scraped together the euro from small change. Card inserted into the machine. Card blocked. Phone button again and tried repeatedly. Reached Nobody. Tried with cell phone. Reached Nobody. Out of necessity, the card was "lost" for € 20. Then it went with a € 20 note, which was previously rejected. That was really fun... Update: December 1st, 2020 After I contacted them there by email, they got back to me relatively quickly and reimbursed the 19 € difference. Hence now two stars.

  Very nice, bright parking garage. The cathedral, the Hundertwasserhaus and the Elbe are very close. Andreas

  My first port of call for parking in the cathedral district. Spacious, large parking lots, payment by card possible, you can tear it down again and as a woman, I like the light construction, especially when I'm on my own.

  1st impression: Large and spacious parking garage, bright and friendly. Automatic lighting when driving. Unfortunately, the term short-term or long-term parking is quite misleading, please think about better labeling :) "One-way street regulation" (you are back at the exit very quickly and have no way to get back to the parking spaces ...) is not the best concept for newcomers! Please sign the ticket machine better! Nevertheless, good daily rate, fantastic location, good starting point!
