  The staff is mostly friendly and helpful, but the store is not well suited as a DHL pickup point because there are no parking spaces nearby and the opening times are not continuous. If you have heavy or bulky packages, you actually need to bring a hand truck with you. The fact that DHL always brings the packages that were supposed to be delivered in Uesen to the city center has often annoyed me, but it's probably an educational measure on their part.

  Super nice employees and really great service. In all matters I was always given very good advice and with a high level of friendliness. You can clearly see that the employees care deeply about the customer and this is reflected in the quality of their work and the great service. Thank you for that.

  You can get lots of stationery and congratulations cards here. Lottery acceptance point and post office are also included. There is almost always a line out the door. It's the only post office far and wide. Parking is a problem here, the store does not have its own parking spaces. It's better if you come by bike. It's particularly stupid when you want to pick up a heavy package and then have to walk 300 to 500 meters to the car. Not suitable for people who have difficulty walking.

  I can in no way confirm the negative words! I've been coming to the store for years and am always greeted with a smile! All of my concerns are implemented and always in a friendly manner! Whether from the lovely branch management or the employees! Whether it's advice, a quick pick-up, drop-off or stamp purchase, I never have to wait long and I'm treated kindly! I wish the team a relaxing Christmas!
