  Absolutely pricey rip-off if you need something without a prescription or are a private patient. Orthosis in this medical supply store €100, exactly the same model €25 online. I'm happy to pay more to buy locally but that's beyond good and bad. But the staff is really super friendly and competent.

  Friendly, helpful, competent staff. We, primarily my son, who constantly needs new shoe insoles, are absolutely satisfied. :-) I find it embarrassing and sad at the same time that people give a bad rating because of telephone availability. In urgent cases, you can simply make the effort yourself and stop by the medical supply store on your own, as the opening times are certainly easy to adhere to for every customer. Keep it up. :-)

BUT: When picking it up, the technician Mr. Schober put a lot of effort into it and gave me very friendly and competent advice. Ultimately, the excellent workmanship and the very good advice meant that I will continue to use OTB. Execution and advice were top.

  Poor telephone accessibility. There is no pick-up during opening hours. Been waiting for order fulfillment since June, no contact made during the quarter.
