::Very friendly, competent (and above all patient) advice from Ms. Rausch on the subject of investments, savings plans and the general financial concept. All in all a very pleasant environment! The only negative point is the new cost concept for current accounts. There are now often fixed prices instead of “per transfer” costs, which in my case represents a significant deterioration. Since the branch and the employees are not to blame for this, I am still happy to give it 5 stars.
