::Worst bank and employees! They rip everything off. Trainees conduct customer discussions and nobody gets assistants if you don't pay for them. Employees can't even explain compound interest. Even if there is no minus on the existing account, a fee of around 7 euros is due. If you make your own mistakes, such as forgetting to send the chip card after opening the account, the customer has to pay for the mistake. Cancellation of the other account is requested but not carried out.
