::With acute pain, an appointment in 6 weeks was suggested earlier on the phone. And this despite the fact that I am a patient of yours and have already left a lot of money (privately) for diagnostics and therapies. I'll find another doctor! Of course I will not and cannot recommend the joint clinic.

::On a scale of 1-5, a straight 6 points! In the course of a long history of illness, I have never felt anywhere near so well cared for. The doctors and the entire staff, starting at reception, imaging, etc., are very attentive to the patients. Everyone knows what they have to do, when and how. Very competent and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment. And all of this including MRI and CT in one appointment. To save so much time and to be treated competently, the 700 km journey there and back was more than worth it.

::Unfortunately, I can only advise against having spinal surgery here. The reason is the listless behavior towards the patient postoperatively if there are later problems/pain. As long as the big money for an operation had not yet come in, I even got a call from the surgeon Dr. K. is almost pressed to “finally start planning the operation”. Last year I had the operation on my lumbar spine carried out by a less pushy colleague in the joint clinic. Although Dr. K. has now taken over the patients from his colleague, he seems to refuse to continue treating me. My appointment request was simply rejected, despite the massive pain, even though there is also an obligation to treat patients with statutory health insurance. Unfortunately, the patient only seems to be in the foreground when big money is on the line. After that, they quickly lost interest in helping me as a patient. It's unbelievable the attitude some doctors have. But I've really never experienced such disinterest. N A C H T R A G It was a stiffening operation, not a purely neurosurgical procedure.

::The practice and clinic are highly recommended. I have been a patient since 2017 and have had multiple operations.
