::Due to complaints, I went to Dr. Lübben and partners visited. Forms filled out when registering (including information about additional costs for certain medications). After the x-ray we went to the treatment room where the treatment continued. As part of the treatment and the discussion about therapy, I was not told that “this injection” to relieve pain is chargeable. I know pain-relieving injections from visits to other doctors, which probably fall within the range of health insurance benefits. Many thanks from a pensioner who was deprived of the right to vote/not vote for additional costs. P.S. Treatment in the practice is very good, but a little more communication would be helpful.

::I'm shocked. Unfortunately there is no interest in patients here. Cannot recommend this practice. I only saw the doctor for about 3-5 minutes and that too with very severe pain. And was then allowed to leave the practice.
