  This morning to OLB Ankum since there are no more machines everywhere you have to drive at least 15 km.. 8.45 machine doesn't work.. I knocked because the 3 aunts were cackling and talking happily. It doesn't work, maybe during the day it came... Great... Just called. Of course you only end up in the center after waiting 16 minutes. Had a call back today or tomorrow, I Hello??? I want to have money right away and not tomorrow, then I should go to the ATM at another bank, I also want to deposit change. I wanted to throw something appropriate at her head, but she had already hung up. I'm currently comparing banks because the olb is becoming less and less expensive and more impolite.   The branch in Fürstenau was closed. The ATM remained, but was out of service for almost 3 weeks. Next branch is 15 km away. I call that customer unfriendly. Telephone waiting time up to 15! minutes, unacceptable. I will be terminating all 4 accounts that still exist.

  The best decision was to walk away from OLB after being attacked because you didn't make a transfer in your branch, saying that it wasn't your job and that you needed the time for the branch's customers, that I had to go to my branch with my transfer go. Never again OLB.
