::I was in the clinic and on ward 32 for thyroid surgery for 5 days. The patient reception, the medical staff, the nursing staff, the service staff and everyone who contributed to my recovery were very nice, friendly and also had a smile on their faces 😃. The food was very good, varied and the portions were sufficient. I would like to thank you very much and would recommend the clinic in this regard. LG

::Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the care my father is receiving in the hospital in Bischofswerda. The nurses and nursing staff were very friendly and helpful BUT the medical treatment was completely inadequate and incompetent. My father was discharged with a completely wrong diagnosis and the accompanying discharge interview was unemphasized, impersonal and also contained incorrect information. It's just a good thing that my father was now treated well and competently by a specialist after 4 months. I cannot recommend the hospital!

::Regarding the rescue center: I was treated very quickly, friendly, courteously and uncomplicated today after a skiing accident. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly. Starting with the acceptance, the young lady at the X-ray and last but not least the doctor himself were really very nice. I thank you very much!
