  Thanks to the entire team, especially my individual therapist, for allowing me to finally find myself again during my almost 3-month stay and now understand the causes and symptoms of my illness and can deal with them better. Even if the implementation in everyday life is still difficult, I notice every day how much I was able to take with me from my time in this clinic, after I had been looking for "being understood" and correspondingly helpful support for so long and after various previous bad experiences had almost given up on outpatient and inpatient areas.

  If you are looking for help with a mental illness, I can only recommend this clinic. I was already there from September to November 2021 and in a 2nd planned stay in January 2022. The holistic approach with therapists and medication enables me to get back into everyday life. A special thank you goes to my individual therapist and my group therapist who worked with me on my issues. The high frequency of the sessions certainly plays a large part in making me feel better.

  Six years ago I spent 12 weeks in this very good clinic for the first time and was very grateful for the wide range of therapies on offer. After the stay I felt very well again. I was there again for seven weeks at the beginning of the year. I can only describe positive experiences. I liked it even more than my first stay. In my opinion, the doctors and therapists, nurses, the administration, the service staff, the excellent cuisine, the equipment and the atmosphere cannot be topped! All employees are very attentive, friendly and helpful. I am very, very grateful to have gotten to know this clinic. I planned an interval in the fall. The date has already been set and I feel very good about it. I can highly recommend this house!

  I can only recommend this clinic to anyone who has mental health problems. I was diagnosed with a moderate depressive phase and anxiety disorders. I was in the Oberberg Clinic for seven weeks and I'm feeling much, much better! I have found my joy in life again - priceless! And I found myself! The entire staff is very friendly and approachable - that did me a lot of good and improved my treatment success. The therapists are extremely competent. Animal-assisted therapy is something very special; dogs give you immediate and honest feedback. I also really liked Gestalt therapy and it offers me a new approach to my feelings. A big, big thank you to the Weserbergland!

  The clinic has a wide range of therapeutic options. The therapists are excellent and competent across the board. A separate sports area with various additional offers was one of the highlights for me. The staff in the service area is also friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen is top class! It is varied, balanced and always of the best quality. As a patient you feel very well looked after, the atmosphere is great. If you want to complain, you can criticize the quality of the televisions in the rooms, they are no longer state-of-the-art, but for me that doesn't change the overall positive picture.
