  Super freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist 1a. Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Ich kann das Novum Hotel nur empfehlen.

  I stayed here for business this week and location is right in the middle of the city, which means it's also quite loud outside with many restaurants and people hanging out in the street quite late. Check-in was smooth and fast and all staff I met was nice yet not overly warm or welcoming. I had a room across the street where you ring the bell at a separate entrance and staff on the main hotel side opens the door via buzzer. The staircase and hallways were not very inviting with it's oldish paintjobb and older carpets. The room however seemed to have been redone not that long ago, except the weird carpet and questionable deco pillows that is. Everything else seemed pretty okay with a fairly comfortable bed and even a safety box available. The bathroom was recently redone quite tasteful with big hey tiles, an in comparison big shower tub and everything was pretty clean in here too. However cramped sitting on the toilet want possible in a straight way at the sink was in the way big time. So leaving to the left ear in order. Okay for the one night. If you want to stay in the inner city, without paying the big bucks and don't mind old it noisy surroundings, this is your place. I'm not sure if I'd come back to stay here again but if my other choices were booked out again, I just might.

  Gutes Hotel der Mittelklasse. Exzellente Lage. Bei Zimmern zur Fußgängerpassage hört man bei offenem Fenster den Trubel. Zimmer an sich recht hellhörig. Gäste auf dem Flur und Fahrstuhl waren recht laut. Für eine reine Übernachtung jedoch vollkommen ausreichend.

  Bin hier sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Hatte für ein paar Tage ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Hotel schien mir zum Teil neu renoviert. War mit dem Zimmer und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Frühstück war super...... Gerne wieder!!!
