  Below average, the internet was slow, unreliable and some times didn't work. Although the room was decent you could see stinky smudges on the wall and the carpet had huge spots on it. Value for money ? maybe, but you could get something better for this price especially at the COVID times.

  Franckly a very bad quality. Even if it is less expensive that others hotels in Berlin, its all the same expensive in relation with the price you pay. I was more that 30 hours without towels, 30 hours in which they were mocking me asking for coming later, that tomorrow it would be good, that I have to wait..... I have never seen something like that even in little poor hotels in middle of nowhere I undeveloped countrys. Additionally without being nice or even polite. If you want to be treated as in a charity hostel I invite you vividly the Novum Hotel aldea Centrum Berlin.

  Not recommended for long term stay. Even though there is a sign on the wall saying throw your dirty towels on the floor, you will end up with a pile of dirty towels as room service will just take your "come inside/ do not disturb" sign and won't touch anything in your room, even after specifically asking them to clean your room. After going to the reception to get some clean towels and they are saying we will definitely make it up tomorrow, the next day the reception would say, oh sorry we can't clean your room, it's 10 am so it's too late. I guess I will have to live with an increasing pile of dirty towels on the bathroom floor, without any toilet paper or shop from the hotel for the next week. Do not recommend

  The guy at the counter seemed like a great guy and spoke great English so it isn't needed to speak german. The rooms are of decent quality but the TV needs some upgrades
