Very close to an S bahn station (Rosenheimplatz -- the escalator is broken there). Bed was nice and firm. It got pretty hot in the room and you cannot switch to air conditioner, so we opened up a window. Very nice and quiet at night. They do have a pool and sauna, but not hot tub. They offer a variety of snack to purchase at the reception desk but they are overly priced. 21 euros for a bottle of wine, but you can literally pay 4 euros at the supermarket.

I have stayed here for 2 weeks. This hotel is perfectly located at a place where you can get almost everything. The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast has many options. Easy access to the city center for all sorts of shopping.

Nice quiet location but close to everything. The staff was excellent and allowed us to check in early. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The carpet looked a little more worn than I expected but everything else was lovely. I would stay here again.

We stayed for a trade show, the service was excellent, the food, all of it was really good, authentic, properly seasoned, well executed. Congrats to the chef and team. The barmaid was verbally abused by a male customer, an idiot. She handled the situation with professionalism and incredible grace. The air conditioning could use some help, but if you request they can open the windows so long as you sign a waiver.

I will hardly stay again on this property. The only thing worth to mention is breakfast. Rooms are NOT clean. As many other hotels in Germany, housekeeping is outsourced. I haven't seen an in-house supervisors who checked the status of the rooms. Towels were changed, but many had holes in it, the floor was not swept. There are no partial switch, either master or all lights off. Only German channels on TV, all foreign channels, albeit regularly listed, were not visible. There is absolutely no attention to status Accor customers. A welcome drink, that's it. I haven't received the feedback link, hence my critics publicly. Mark of the service desk has been nice, the others were lowering their eyes all the time. No, no, no.
