::Not helpful. I needed a new battery. They kept my computer for 10 days and did not do anything with it. When I went to pick it up they said it would take 10 more days to get the battery. I said that at this point I didn't mind to wait, I just wanted my computer fixed. But he refused to do it, saying that they couldn't be sure the battery would come (?) Basically I lost 10 days. Not good customer service.
