  I'm very happy with the staff at this Norma. I've been to a few branches now, but no branch has run as well as this one. I'm positively surprised that there are young trainees who keep the store so tidy and demonstrate outstanding speed at the checkout. They're just great .

  Unfortunately, apart from the mostly good and varied range with a good price-performance ratio, there isn't much positive to report. Many of the staff have to pull the "hello" or "have a nice day" out of their noses and be taught that it wouldn't be much of an effort to turn the corners of their mouths slightly upwards. Seems extremely unfriendly and also not customer friendly - personally it spoils my desire to go shopping there. In addition, the parking lot (mainly the place where the shopping carts are) is always untidy and dirty, and the store often smells of cigarette smoke.

  As a discounter compared to Aldi and Lidl, I always find Norma a bit "shabby", the lighting is bad and it somehow always seems untidy. Although it's not that at all. However, I have to say that the regular offers, including in the non-food area, are really good and I can only find some things there. And there is always funny toilet paper with a motif. 😁🤗🤣 I like that. The staff has always been friendly, so I will continue to like going there.
