::I'm highly recommending Nordpole to everyone who wants to try out pole dance. The teachers are very friendly and helpful always trying to show you things to upgrade your skills, they're never pushing you and are motivating and talented. There's such a welcoming atmosphere in the studio and I really like to be there and workout. You can also workout by yourself in the special free training hours it's a really good addition to the lessons. So don't be scared and try it out.
