  Die Eigentümer/Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute, die sanierten Wohnungen sind modernisiert und in tadellosem Zustand. Neue Fenster mit Dreifachverglasung, neue Heizanlage und zahlreiche weitere Umbauten zur Neuerung des Wohnparks folgen noch.

  i rent from this company in the begging of there program and the rent . was 720 + 230 = 950 i was paying every month untill they call me and ask me to pay only 720 +130 = 850 and they make me have my own contract with heating and water and after 2 years i find out that they bring me very crazy bill that i have to pay 300 euro every month because of the extra charges in the building so i payed for all this months i was living there + the flat was not 100% finish i was fighting with them always to fix thing in flat and they was always late and crazy stay away from this company they are the worst in germany

  Beatrix Jax was very rude. She wasn't replying to my calls and messages and eventually she blocked me. Worst service ever.

  Das ist ganz schlecht Vermieter 1000 mal gehst du und erzählst du dein Problem aber die sagen ja aber die machen garnicht ein ganz schlecht Vermieter das ich habe ganz leben gesehen ich nur nicht wer heir bei die Vermieter Wohnung hat alle habe Probleme neu Wohnung aber nicht richtig funktioniert Total muss ich sage das nicht ein Problem das ich oder wer heir Wohnung hat es gebt jede Menge Probleme bei neu Wohnung auch und alte kann man vergessen
