  Empty shelves, no more rolls in the afternoon. The staff shouts throughout the market and forgets to scan the Deutschland Card.

  Well-stocked discount store. The fruit and vegetable department is very tidy and most of the time everything is available. If you come an hour before the store closes and some products are no longer available, that's more of a sign of good planning and little waste, but of course the throwaway society doesn't understand that in some reviews. Of course, the waiting times at the checkouts depend heavily on the frequency of use, but could also be shorter if the checkout was a little quicker.

  I only go there when there is no other option. Most of the staff are nice and helpful but there is one cashier (blonde with red glasses) who is just rude. Only today again, at the checkout, I noticed that a product seemed to be no longer in order and I politely asked to please cancel it. I was basically ignored and a second cashier came to clear the cash register. The blonde lady at the cash register said, rolling her eyes, that I was imagining that the ham was bad and that it could be put away again (the meat was already gray so it was definitely not okay). I even apologized for the extra effort, only to be brushed off and ignored. When I commented that her behavior was rude, she just said I would notice if she was unfriendly. The situation was so outrageous that even other customers agreed with me. It's a shame about the store. I have daily contact with customers myself and shouldn't allow myself to behave like that. Unfortunately, this lady at the checkout is always like that towards the customers, regardless of whether the customer is friendly or not. Simply outrageous.
