::Ladies and Gentlemen Since I have been living in Borsdorf since 2020, I have been shopping at Netto regularly and have also used the Netto Sim card + Flat. Today I went shopping for a little something and pastries. The pastries said they were 50% off, which is why I bought them. They charged the full price and when I asked about the wrong price I was basically told that it was my fault because I needed to know that they just forgot to update the price tag. It's just a difference of 50 or 78 cents, which is why I was disrespected. I am writing to info @ net. de email my complaint and if they also don't have customer support, I will immediately do my shopping at the Rewe branch across the street and change my flat rate.
